You'll learn new grooves, isolations and signature Dancehall movements while developing confidence, attitude and musicality. Expect high energy, strong feminine vibes and a welcoming environment where you can challenge yourself and have fun.

ABOUT GWLADYS
Gwladys is a dance instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience and training in both Jamaica and New York. She is the founder of Female Friday, a community dedicated to empowering women through Dancehall. Through her classes and workshops, she shares her passion for Dancehall culture while helping dancers build confidence, technique and self-expression.
